Hey gyro fam! So, exciting news, yes! I’m pregnant! The less than exciting news is that it happens to be during the Coronavirus. I just wanted to share with you all that as of today (March 16, 2020), I am on strict doctor’s orders to stay at home and discontinue work until further notice. My sincere apologies for the abruptness and disruption to our Gyrotonic sessions this will cause. But in the best interest of my clients’ health, my own (and baby’s!), it’s best I do not teach at this time. I have no idea when I’ll be able to return to work as usual, but will keep everyone posted the best I can if something changes. Thank you so much in advance for everyone’s understanding. Hoping we all get through this crazy time sooner than later. In the meantime, be well!
