Hello NYC! I am very excited to announce my latest home - Studio Spiratis. 

Studio Spiratis is a private Gyrotonic studio owned by Emily Smith. It is wonderfully located between Central Park and Lincoln Center, and offers the best in client and teacher education. 

I will be available for sessions: 

• Tuesdays 7:30am - 12:30pm
• Wednesdays 7:30am - 12:30pm
• Fridays 9:30am - 2:30pm

Hi New York friends! Great news! I am pleased to announce that I am expanding my teaching schedule in Greater New York!

I am excited to share that of this month, I am one of Kinespirit's newly up-and-coming Gyrotonic instructors at both their Upper West Side and Gramercy locations where I will offer both one-on-one Gyrotonic sessions as well as group classes!

If you are interested in group training, starting this January you can find me for an intermediate Gyrotonic group class at their Upper West Side location, Mondays 12-1pm - and for the beginner Gyrotonic enthusiast, you can find me starting NOW! - Tuesdays 6-7pm at their Gramercy studio. Please contact the appropriate studio to reserve your spot.

We've had such fun arching, curling, and enjoying moving together the past year and half.  Although we're sad to see this class come to a close, let's celebrate together with one final hour of rejuvenating fitness! If you've never tried a Gyrokinesis class before, this would be a great opportunity to check it out!
