By your popular demand, the Gyrokinesis class time has changed! Starting this Saturday 10/4, class will be held each week from 9:15 - 10:15am at Jersey City Ballet in Hamilton Park. Now you can get that extra hour of sleep in on Saturdays. :) See you in the studio!
